The Dominican education system faces serious challenges to train and education the country’s future generations. In the Punta Cana region, there are few schools and nearly all of them lack financial resources, sufficient space and the tools needed to provide basic education to the thousands of children living in the area.

Grupo PUNTACANA, through the PUNTACANA Foundation, has prioritized education as a means to enhance the competitiveness of the Dominican tourism sector as well as improving the livelihoods of Dominicans in the future. We have created two schools, the PUNTACANA International School and the Ann and Ted Kheel Polytechnic School, as part of our contribution to improving the Dominican education system.
